Some may find it historic and nostalgic; I found the cracks in the floors and faded lighting to be indicative of a store in need of renovation. Nordstrom does a good job of that. This lack of training wasn't a big concern for me. Customer service is non-existent unless you're in the perfume section downstairs. I worked near around this place , I love to go here atleast once a week.
