Firstly the food, excellent selection and quality was...superb. accommodating and friendly... only reason it wasn't five stars was the initial waitress who greeted us...she was not very personable...could be that its end of season and they have run out of steam! Agree with previous post they are accommodating, however thought there was more than one vegetarian choice. Why don't you phone them as their menus change all the time due to sourcing fresh ingredients? We had a bottle of rose, for starters I had scallops and...my husband had calamari. From the Charcoal Grill All sam burgers are freshly made from best quality ground beef & chargrilled to your liking. Slightly more central than last year.

I gave him a book, Cornish Legends which my granny gave to me in 1960 but she had it since the early 60s. Staff were very friendly customer service was good. my husband had calamari. Ordered drinks and food, which was all amazing as normal. Wife had the bouillabaisse which was delicious and huge.

From a warm welcome, excellent customer service, and delicious food and drink, this restaurant is always five stars :)More, We revisited Sams after 3 years. However, unless you are seated on the ground floor, there are many steep steps to the upper seated eating area, even more to the toilets.
The menu is fab and the specials even better.
