Note that on the UDM-Pro, interface eth8 is Port 9 (WAN1) and interface eth9 is Port 10 (WAN2). It connected to the internet and I could manage it through the app. The UDM-Pro can be connected to the ISP modem/router using either the RJ45 WAN port (9) or the SFP+ WAN port (10), depending on your setup.
