I have stayed at multiple ITC properties across India and decided to go with this property for a short trip with my family. Room: Hotel is set in a big big garden, which helps it separate itself from the surrounding chaos. I was not willing to accept free dinner at Peshwari or other freebies as that would not mend the embarrassment and humiliation I suffered, along with my family just because ITC Mughal did not care to inform its employees on the entitlements of the guests. Rooms in need of an upgrade are being addressed this year in a phased manner. It’s absolutely a worth visiting property of ITC . Of course Rajat Sethi GM ITC Mughal at at the helm of the team treated us all as a family rather than Guests.
