Can't beat the location with the new Marta stop being accessible from the leasing office! This property is right in the middle of Buckhead where you'll always have access to restaurants, entertainment and a great nightlife scene. Please accept our sincere apologies for failing to meet your standards in this instance, and know that we take your feedback to heart.

Skyhouse Buckhead apartments for rent feature some of the best floorplans in Atlanta. They're apparently renewing the apartments trying to make them appear to be worth the ridiculous price they ask for but the buildings are still crummy. Front desk staff is completely useless, rude and unprofessional. We pride ourselves on providing top-quality facilities and services for our residents, and we're grateful to have loyal residents who share when these standards aren't being met.
There are cracks in the foundation, so there are a lot of ants and I have even had 2 large cockroaches in my 3rd floor apartment in the past week. Generally exterminators come once a month or every 3, NOT EVERY MONDAY! Office staff is HORRIBLE. Contact the property for more details.
